Born in Noto, the beautiful capital of Baroque, World Heritage Site, she obtained her Diploma in Singing at the Conservatory “A. Corelli” of Messina under the guidance of the soprano Silvana Alessio Martinelli, specializing, subsequently, with the mezzo-soprano Giovanna Canetti, appreciated teacher, in Italy and abroad, at the theater “Alla Scala” in Milan and with Maestro Giuseppe Raffa, renowned composer, conductor and vocal master worldwide.

He also holds a Degree as Interpreter and Translator for the English and French languages.

Her repertoire embraces different musical genres: opera mainly, but also chamber music, musicals, operetta and even “lyrical” rock.

She has been conducted by masters such as Daniel Oren, Ennio Morricone, Steven Mercurio, Francesco La Vecchia, Francesco Lanzillotta, Luis Bacalov, Giuseppe Raffa, Marco Salvaggio and many others.

Among his artistic collaborations are those with:

– “Nuovo Coro Lirico Sinfonico Romano”, a vocal complex of international fame. He has participated in numerous productions, including some broadcast by RAI – Radio Televisione Italiana;

– the “Hybla’s Trio” (Piano – Double bass – Soprano), a formation engaged in prestigious concerts at national and international level;

– the “Orchestra dei Solisti Siciliani”, composed by professors coming from all over Sicily;

– the world famous international orchestra “Roma Sinfonietta”;

– the Ensemble of the “Mito Opera Festival” for the “Arianna a Naxos” at the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento;

– the “Concordia Ensemble” (piano duo – soprano) on the occasion of events in Italy and in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institutes for some concerts abroad;

– the “Panta Rei” Orchestra, with elements coming from various parts of Sicily;

– the trio “Dell’Altra Cultura” (piano, flute, soprano);

– the “Coro Lirico Mediterraneo” of Palermo;

– the duo “Mystic Alma”, which sees her, as a singer and author of the texts, engaged in a repertoire that is an interesting combination of opera voice and orchestral rock.

Among the solo opera roles include:

– The priestess in “Aida” in various performances in Montreal, Tokyo and Amsterdam, on the occasion of Operama’s world tour.

– Always with Operama, tour in South Africa of “Madama Butterfly” in the role of Kate Pinkerton in Cape Town and Pretoria.

– Under the direction of Maestro Raffa, the roles of Liù in “Turandot” on the tour in Canada and, in various cities, Musetta in “La Bohème” and Adriana in “Adriana Lecouvreur”.

– We will also see her participate in the role of Giovanna in “Rigoletto” on Opera Movies.
